Each product includes a specific Terms of Use (TOU) on its product page, please make sure to review those rules before purchasing. This page provides a general overview of my standard TOU for reference.
These terms apply to all digital products created and sold by Cupp / Cupp Digital.
- ⚠️ Agreement: By purchasing, downloading, or using any product, you agree to these terms.
- 🚨 Updates: Terms may be updated at any time. Major changes will be announced on my Discord or store page.
- ❗ Enforcement: Violating these terms may result in revoked usage rights and a ban from future purchases.
General

To ensure I can verify ownership of your purchase, you must provide accurate information during checkout:
- Email address
- VRChat username
- Discord username
Providing false, invalid, or gibberish details may prevent me from verifying your purchase. If ownership cannot be verified, I reserve the right to deny support, revoke the license, or withhold future updates.
If you accidentally entered incorrect information, don't worry! Simply open a support ticket on Discord as soon as possible, and I will help you update it.

While I do my best to keep products updated whenever reasonably possible, please note:
- Lifetime compatibility and future updates are not guaranteed.
- Products may eventually become outdated or lose functionality due to updates in VRChat, Unity, SDKs, shaders, or other third-party software.
By purchasing, you acknowledge that future updates are not guaranteed, and I am not liable for compatibility issues caused by updates outside of my control.

If you are being paid to create, edit, or modify an avatar using my assets (such as completing a paid commission), you must own the appropriate Commercial Use license for those assets.
- Client Rules: The client does not need a Commercial Use license, provided they only receive the final assembled model and not the standalone asset files.
- Artist Rules: An artist cannot rely on a client's Commercial Use license. The artist working on the asset must hold their own Commercial Use license.
- No File Sharing: Asset files may never be shared between parties.

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files are downloaded. Refunds may only be considered in legitimate cases (e.g., duplicate purchase or file corruption). If you believe you qualify for a refund, please open a ticket in my Discord server to discuss it.
Avatars ⚖️
YOU MUST
🟡 CONTACT ME FOR COMMERCIAL USE & LICENSING
- For any use in commercial projects (games, merch, visual novels, etc.), please contact me first for permission or a commercial license.
🟡 BE 18 OR OLDER
- 18+ only. By purchasing a model with 18+ features, you confirm you are 18 or older.
You Cannot
❌ FILE SHARE
- Do not share, redistribute, or leak files. Only the original purchaser may use the avatar and related files.
❌ DO PUBLIC UPLOADS
- Not allowed, these avatars are for private upload use only.
❌ REUSE HEAD/BODY EDITS
- Any resculpts or edits I have made to a head or body included with my avatars may NOT be reused, redistributed, or applied to other avatars or projects without my explicit permission.
❌ REUSE ASSETS/PARTS
- You may not reuse, extract, or transfer any assets from my avatar, whether created by me or by a third-party creator, without owning the proper license for that specific asset.
YOU CAN
✅ CUSTOMIZE AND EDIT
- The model can be edited and customized freely for personal use.
✅ USE FOR STREAMING & CONTENT
- You may use the avatar for personal content such as Twitch streams, YouTube videos, etc.
Assets ⚖️
YOU MUST
🟡 PROVIDE CREDIT
- You must credit me and link to the original asset when used in free, Nitro, or paid creations
🟡 HAVE THE NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE
- You acknowledge that you have the necessary knowledge to import, set up, and use these assets properly.
YOU CANNOT
❌ RESALE AS-IS.
- You may NOT resell, share, or redistribute the asset files in any form, whether original, modified, or heavily edited
❌ CLAMING OWNERSHIP
- You are not allowed to claim these assets as your own, regardless of how much they have been changed or incorporated into other works
❌ USE MY ASSETS ON UNAPPROVED PLATFORMS
- For VRChat, ChilloutVR, and NeosVR only. Use in other games like IMVU, Second Life, Roblox, or FFXIV is not permitted
YOU CAN
✅ EDIT.
- You may edit and modify the asset, but if redistributed (free or paid), you must link back to the original source
✅ USE FOR PRIVATE/PUBLIC AVATARS
- Credit is appreciated but not required for private or public in-game avatars that are not being distributed

- Uploads are currently $5 USD

I don’t generally offer direct discounts. However, from time to time, special sales or discount codes may be shared on my Discord server.
